Britt Bravo’s Links: Contests, Reading Challenges, Carnivals

Britt Bravo is a little more than half as old as I am and twice as smart. So she’s perfect as a consultant. You can find her online in many places, but here is her website.

Britt Bravo

When we spent an hour together on the phone recently, she sent me a list of links, many of which I had never heard of before.

Have you decided what carnival or reading challenge you are going to join?
  • @Sonia. So glad to share the wealth from Britt.

@Britt. No! I am up to my eyeballs in extra writing assignments right now and can barely keep up with 2 posts/week and commenting on other blogs as much as possible. Tonight I am working on a poem for my friend's college president inauguration. Tomorrow I have to finish a strategic plan at work, and we are doing a toast poem for Anthony and Chelsea's wedding. Carnivals sound great, but they will have to wait.
  • P. S. to Britt. One reason I decided to share these links, however, is that the blog is actually one of my better organizing strategies. By using tags and categories, I can always come find the carnival references when I am able to explore them.

Thank you, thank you and thank you. I am grateful for all this helpful information and shall mention your post on my blog tomorrow, together with my vacation plans. I've been thinking about a blog carnival for a while and am still figuring out the Twitter# groups, so you gave me some useful new blogs to visit. You are helping all of us and I thank you for that.
